How to Install / Sideload on iOS

Sideloading means installing apps (IPA files) on your iPhone/iPad outside of the official App Store — usually for tweaked, beta, or custom apps.

Here are the most popular & reliable methods in 2025/2026 (no jailbreak required for most):

• Sideloadly — Free computer-based tool (Windows/Mac). Connect your device via USB, drag IPA → install. Uses your own Apple ID (free) or paid developer account for longer signing.
• AltStore / AltStore PAL — Classic & trusted. Requires a computer (Windows/Mac) or works directly on-device with PAL (EU only). Free, but apps refresh every 7 days unless you have a paid Apple Developer account ($99/year).
